LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Being that part of the following described lands, lying northeasterly
of the Northeasterly right of way of the South Florida Water
Management District Canal No. C-24:
A parcel of land varying in wicith from 660 feet to 810 feet
lying Southeasterly of and adjacent to the Florida East Coast
Railroad (Fort Pierce Cut-c~ff) right of way, the parcel beginning
on the North line of Sections 21 and 22, Township 36 South,
Range 39 East, and running Southwesterly to the West line of
Range 39 ~ast, lying in St. Lucie County, Florida, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly line of a 200-foot right of
way for the Florida East Coast Railroad and the North line
of Section 21, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, run North
89°18'00" East along the North line of said Section 21 and
the North line of Section 22, 1154.96 feet, more or less, to
a point that lies 810 feet Southeasterly from, as measured
perpendicular to, the Southeasterly line of the Florida East
Coast Railroad; thence run South 44°46'Q1" West 2333.45 feet,
more or less, to a point that is 600 feet due West of the East
line of said Section 21, thence run North 0°OS'S0" West 212.64
feet, more or less, to a point that is 660 feet Southeasterly
from, as measured perpendicular to, the Southeasterly line
of the Florida East Coast Railroad; thence run South 44°46'O1"
West parallel with the Florida East Coast Railroad for a distance
of 12,932.21 feet, more or less, to the South line of Section
29, Township 36 South, Range 39 East; thence run North 89°40'25"
E-ast along the South line of said Section 29, 35.41 feet, mare
or less to a point that is 685 feet Southeasterly from the
Southeasterly line of the Florida East Coast Railroad; thence
run South 44°46'O1" West 1795.70 feet, nore or less, to the
West line of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast ~
1/4 of Section 31, Township 36 South, Range 39 East; thence
run North 4°13'00" West along said West line 66.30 feet, more
or less, to a point that is 660 feet Southeasterly from, as
measured perpendicular to, the Southeasterly line of the Florida
East Coast Railroad (Florida East Coast Railroad right of way
beginning in Section 31 has a 150 foot right of way); thence
run South 44°46'O1" West parallel with the Florida East Coast
Railroad for 7236.51 feet, more or less, to the West line of
$ection 6, Township 37 South, Range 39 East, said line also
being the West ~ine of Range 39 East; thence run North 0°08'40"
West along the West line of Range 39 East for a distance of
934.44 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly line of a 150-
foot right of way for the Florida East Coast Railroad; thence
run North 44°46'O1" East along the Southeasterly line of the
Florida Eas.t Coast Railroad right of way for.a distance of
7615. 4S feet, more_ or less , to the North line of Section 31, ~
Township 36 South, Fange 39 East; thence run North 89°40'25"
East along the North line of said Section 31 for a distance
of 35.41 feet, more or less, to a point that is 100 feet Southeasterly
from, as measured perpendicular to, the centerline of the Florida
East Coast Railroad right of way; thence run North 44°46'O1"
East along the Southeasterly line of the Florida East Coast
Railroad right of way for a distance of 14,953.18 feet, more
or less, to the North line of SECtion 21, Township 36 South,
Range 39 East, and the point of beginning of the parcel herein
described.
