Beginning at the easterly corner of the intersection of the Southeasterly
line of a 200 foot right of way for the Florida East Coast
Railroad and the Northeasterly right of way line of a 310 foot
right of way for the South Florida Water Management District
Canal No.~C-24; thence run N44°45'S2"E, along the said Southeasterly
line of the Florida East Coast Railroad, a distance of 1221.78
feet, thence run S43°34'15" E, a distance of 660.20 feet; thence
run S44°45'S2"W, a distance of 1226.72 feet, to the said Northeasterly
line of Canal No. C-24; thence run N43°34'15"W, along the said
Northeasterly line of Canal No. C-24, a distance of 660.44
feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING; all lying and being in Sections
28 and 29, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida. .
SUBJECT TO the perpetual easement of Florida Power and Light
Company in, over, under, upon and across the above described real
property for the purpose of construction, operation and maintenance
of one or more electric transmission distribution lines and electric
facilities, reserved in that certain deed of conveyance from
