THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion to Tax
Costs and Assess Attorneys' Fees filed by defendant, Robert
Pinchuck, as to Parcel 104, and the Court having considered
said motion and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the following items of cost be, and the same
are hereby taxed against the plaintiff, State of Florida
Department of Transportation, in the amount set forth opposite
each item, as follows:
