3. That the above sums are hereby found to be reasonable
attorneys' fees and costs for the representation of said defendant
and the Clerk of this Court is hereby directed to pay forthwith,
from the sums on deposit in the Registry of this Court in connection
with the above-styled cause, the total sum hereinabove provided to
BRENI~AN and MUSCHOTT and KELLY, BLACK, BLACK & EARLE, P.A., as
attorneys for said defendant, the same to be distributed by them
in accordance with the awards hereinabove made. In the event
the sums on deposit in the Registry of this Court are inadequate
to pay the awards hereinmade, then the plaintiff is directed to
deposit such additional sums as are necessary within twenty (20)
days from the date of this Order.
