ORDER AWARDING INTEREST ON VERDICT
RE: PARCEL NO. 104
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion to Award
Interest on Verdict filed by the defendant as to Parcel No.
104 in the above-styled cause, and the Court having considered
same and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
therefore

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said motion be an~ the same
is hereby granted and interest on the sum of $87,~25.00 (the
amount by which the verdict exceeded plaintiff's estimate of
value), is hereby awarded at the rate of 10$ from the date
of possesion (July 9, 1979) to the date the additional monies
were deposited in the Registry of this Court (February 4, 1981)
in the total amount of $13,772.00, and the Final Judgment
heretofore entered in this cause is amended accordingly.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
