by and through its undersigned attorneys, pursuant to Rule
1.420(a)(1), FRCP, and files this Notice of its dismissal of
the above entitled cause, and the discharge of the Notice of
Lis Pendens filed herein and recorded in O. R. Book 348 at
page 2546 of the ublic records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
all without prejudice.
