SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRE5ENTS: That TYLANDER RENTALS, INC. the
owner and holder of a certain Mortgage Deed executed by ULF MULDBJERG
to TYLANDER RENTALS, INC., a Florida corporation, bearing date the
2d day of February, 1979, recorded in Official Record Book 302, pages
2983-2986, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing
one certain note in the principal sum of Thirty-three Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty ($33,750.00) Dollars, and certain promises and obliga-
tions set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in
said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block B, and Lots 3 and 4, Block I, of
BENJAMIN HOGGS ADDITION, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 1, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled and hereby directs
the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, TYLANDER RENTALS, INC. has caused these
presents to be executed in its name and its corporate seal to be
affixed by its proper officer thereunto duly authorized this 17th
day of February, 1981.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer duly
authorized in the State_ and County aforesaid to take acknowledgments
personally appeared ERROL S. WILLES, well known to me to be the Presi-
dent of the TYLANDER RENTALS, INC., and that he acknowledged executing
the same in the presence of two subscribing witnesses freely and
voluntarily under authority duly vested in him by said corporation and
that the seal affixed thereto is the true corporate seal of said
corporation.
WITNESS my hand and official seal in the County and State last
aforesaid this 17th day of February, 1981.
