MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
This agreement made and entered into this _~ day of

~_~~~ , 1981, by and between JERRY SPERDUTO, a/k/a CIRO
SPERDUTO and ROSEMARIE SPERDUTO, his wife, hereinafter referred to as
mortgagor, and CAROL WINKLER, hereinafter referred to as mortgagee.
The parties recite and declare that:
a. Mortgagee is the holder of a certain nc,te, conditioned t~r
the payment of One Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 D~llars ($1,500.00),
made by mortgagor and dated October 29, 1980.
b. Such note is secured by a mortgage dated October 29, 1980,
and recorded on November 12, 1980 in O.R. Book 342, Pages 2488 through
2491 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage
is now a lien on the following described real property situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida:

Lot 15, Block 98, Port St. Lucie Section 27, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, ~_t
Pages 5 and 5A through 5I of the Public Records ~f
St. Lucie County, Florida:

modifications to said mortyage and note: .
l. That the amortization of said note and mortgage shall
be changed to a monthly amortization instead of quarterly, with monthly

payments in the amount of $ 38.05 commencing on the 29th day of
__November , 1980. Said monthly amortization shall be computed over
a term of four (4) years from October 29, 1980, at the original interest
rate of 10$ per annum.
2. In all other respects, all of the terms and conditions
of said note and mortgage shall remain in full force and effect.
3. ~ti'hen the terms and provisions contained in the note
and mortQaqe in any way conflict ~~ith the ter.ms anc~ nrovisions c~ntained
in this agreement, the terms and provisi'ons herein contained shall prevail,
and as modified by this agreement, the note and ~rortgage are hereby
ratified and confirmed.
d. This agreement shall be binding on the heirs, executors, admin-
istrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties.
