Principal and interest is payable Ho~thly in equal installments as follows: Beginning
on March 15, 1981, the sum of ~t00.Q0, and the same amount on the same day of ~ach
month, in each year thereafter, until the entire
principal sum of ~7200.00 together with interest, as herein provided, has been paid
in full. There will be a~X late charge a~ade on any payment not made within ten(10)
of the lSth of each month.
All payments are to be applied first to interest at the rate specified herein upon the
principal sum of #7200.00, or so much thereof, as may from time to time remain unpaid
and the balance of each payment shall be applied to principal.
This note is prepayable in whole or in part at any time without penalty.
This note with interest is secured by a mortga~e on real estate, of even ciate i~erewith, made by the maker hereof in favor of the
said payee, and shall be construed and enforced acco-ding to the lavvs of tlie State of FlOr`ida The terms of said mortgage
are by this refere~ce made a part hereof.
If default be made in the payment of any of the sums o~ interest me~~tioned here+n or in said mortgage, or in the perfo-mance
