IN THE MATTER OF the last Will and Testament
of EVERETT OLIVER PORTEOUS
dated the 16th day of December A.D. 19 7L
I, BRIAN J. BOYLE , of the
City of Ottawa, in the Reqional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton,
Solicitor , MAKE OATH AND SAY:
(1) I know EVERF.TT ~LIVER PORTEOUS , of
the City of Ottawa , in the Regional Muni-
cipality of Ottawa-Carleton.
(2) On or about the 16th day of December , 19 71,
I was personally present and did see the paper writing hereunto
annexed and marked Exhibit "A" to this my affidavit, executed by
EVERETT OLIVER PORTEOUS , as it now appears as and
for his last Will and Testament, by signing his name,
"E.O.Porteous" , at the foot or end thereof.
(3) The said Testat or , was on that date the full age of
twenty-one years to the best of my knowledge and belief.
(4) The will was so executed by the said Testat or , in
the presence~of myself and Robert N. Boyle ,
of the City of Ottawa, in the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-
Carleton, who were both present at the same time; whereupon
Robert N. Boyle and I did, in the presence of
the said Testator , attest and subscribe the Will as witnesses.
