6. Venue of this proceeding is in the County because the
incompetent owns a portion of the real estate in question in this
county.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
transferring title to the above described real property to the
Petitioner pursuant to the Order of Distribution and Discharge
described above for payment of her acting as guardian of the non-
resident incompetent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the
