The petitioners, CARL E. LENNARD and SUN BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate
as set out in Clause VI of decedent's Last Will. Petitioners'
names and addresses are: CARL E. LENNARD, Route 7, Box 704,
Fort Pierce, FL 33450, and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, 111
Orange Avenue, P. O. Box 8, Fort Pierce, FL 33454, and the
name and address of Petitioners' attorneys are set forth at
the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, Elizabeth W. Lennard, whose last known
address was Route 1, Box 704, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose
age was 69 years, and whose social security number if
263-20-9601, died on February 4, 1981, at Fort Pierce, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
are:
