5. CARL E. LENNARD, whose address is set forth above
is qualified under the laws of Florida to serve as personal
representative of the decedent's estate and is entitled to
preference in appointment as personal representative because

SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY be appointed to act as co-personal
representative with him, and the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
whose address is set forth above is also qualified under the
laws of Florida to serve as personal representative of this
estate.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are: Cash.and tangible personal property having
a value of less than $100,000.00.
7. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will dated
December 17, 1979, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioners acknowledge that they are qualifed to
act as personal representatives under the laws of the State
of Florida; that they will faithfully administer the estate of
said decedent according to law, and CARL E. LENNARD hereby
designates CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, whose residence address is 151 Hartman Road, Fort
Pierce, Florida, as his agent or attorney for services of pro-
cess in any suit or action against him in his representative
capacity, or personally if such personal action accrued in the
administration of this estate.
Petitioners request~that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that CARL E. LENNARD and SUN BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY be appointed co-personal representatives of
the estate of the decedent.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, WE DECLARE THAT WE HAVE
READ THE FOREGOING AND THE FACTS ALLEGED ARE TRUE, TO THE
BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF. ~
