~ I, ELIZABETH W. LENNARD, a resident of St. Lucie

County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all
other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts in-
cluding the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of my jewelry,
books, pictures, articles of~personal use, automobiles,
vehicles, household goods, provisions, furniture, furnist~-
ings, and equipment (if I own any articles of said descrip-
tion at my death), to my husband, CARL E. LEN~IARD, provided
he survives me.
If my husband does not surviv~ me, then I give and
devise such of my tangible personal property to those persons
designated in a separate writing in existence at the time of
my death which is signed by me and which describes the items
and devisees with reasonable certainty.
CLAUSE III: I give and devi~e outright to my husband
all assets which may be owned at the time of my death in the
joint names of my husband and myself with right of survivor-
snip, including but not limited to, real estate, common
stock, government bonds, certificates of dep~sit, savings
accounts, and checking accounts.
CLAUSE IV: All of the rest, residue and remainder of
my property, I give and devise t~ my Trustee hereinafter
narred, IN TRUST, however, for the following uses and purposes,
to be known as the CARL E. LENNARD RESIDUARY TRUST, to wit:
