LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELIZABETH W. LENNARD - Page Two
A. During the lifetime of my husband, CARL E.
LENNARD, the Trustee is directed to pay or apply
all of the net income of this trust to or for
the benefit of my said husband. In addition,
the corporate Trustee may, in its discretion,
pay or apply such amounts of the principal of
the trust as the corporate Trustee considers
necessary for the proper maintenance, care and
health of my said husband.
B. Upon the death of my husband, CARL E. LENNARD
(or upon my death if he does not survive me), this
trust shall cease and terminate and the balance
thereof, or the balance of my probate estate,
as the case may be, shall be liguidated aRd shall
be distributed as outlined in subparagraphs 1, 2
and 3 immediately below. In liquidating my resi-
dential real estate consisting of approximately six
(6) acres I request my personal representative or
Trustee, as the case may be, to give a preference of
purchasing said property to my lonqtime friend and
neighbor, PHILIP A. HOEFFNER and to his son, RAYMOND
HOEFE'NER, both of 2102 South 26th Street, Fort
Pierce, Florida. Said preference of purchase shall
be at the appraised value of said property in my
estate and shall extend to them for a period of
„ninety (90) days after appointment of a personal
representative of my estate, after which ninety-day
period the personal representative shall offer the
property for sale to other parties in the event
either PHILIP A. HOEFFNER or RAYMOND HOEFFNER do not
wish to purchase said property.
1. One third (1/3) thereof shall be distributed
as follows:
(a) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to
DOROTHY W. JENKINS, 2204 Elizabeth Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida, provided she survives
me.
(b) Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to
SUSAN McDANIELS MELITSHKA, F. O. Box 783,
Kissimee, Florida 32741, provided she sur-
vivese.
(c) Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00)
to MARY ALICE PRIMM, 1831 Macland Road,
S.W., Marietta, Georgia 30064, provided she
survives me.
(d) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to
WILLIAM D. WHITE, Route 2, Box 9000, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450, provided he survives
me.
(e) The balance of this one-third (1/3) of
my estate, including any lapsed devises,
shall be distributed to AMERICAN CANCER
SOCIETY, INC., Florida Division, to be used
exclusively for cancer research.
2. One-third (1/3) thereof shall be divided
equally among the following institutions:
