LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELIZABETH W. LENNARD - Page Three
(a) Community United Methodist Church,
3314 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida,
or its successor;
(b) The Florida Methodist Children's Home,
Inc., Enterprise, Florida 32763, or its
successor; and
(c) Fort Pierce Cemetery Association,
Fort Pierce, Florida, or its successor,
to be used solely for the purpose of main-
taining, improving and enlarging the
facilities of Fort Pierce Cemetery.
3. One-third (~/3) thereof shall be distributed
as follows:
(a) Five Thousand Dollars (S5,000.00) to
JESSIE W. LENNARD, 200 Mimosa Avenue,
Moultrie, Georgia 31768, provided that if
he does not survive me, then his devise
shall go instead to his wife, LOUISE
LENNARD.
(b) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to
PAT LENNARD, widow of Horace Lennard,
P. O. Box 404, Davenport, E'lorida 33837,
provided she survives me.
~ (c) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).to
BERTHA F. LENNARD, widow of William E.
Lennard, 311 East Green Street, Pasadena,
California 91107, provided she survives me.
(d) Five Thousdnd Dollars ($5,000.00) to
MERLE L. NEWELL, P. O. Box 336, Coeburn,
Virginia 24320, provided that if she does
not survive me, then her devise shall go
instead to her husband, Rev. Ben Newell,
Jr.
(e) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to
FRANCES ITYSLER LENNARD, widow of John
C. Lennard, Jr., Route 1, Meigs, Georgia
31765, provided she survives me.
(f) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to
OCIE BATES LENNARD, widow of Bernard J.
[.ennard, 210 12th Avenue, S. E., Moultrie,
Georgia 31768, provided she survives
me; and
(g) The balance of this one-third (1/3)
of my estate including any lapsed devises,
shall be distributed to AMERICAN HEART
SOCIETY, INC., to be used exclusively for
heart disease research.
CLAUSE V: In order to carry out the purposes of the
trust created under this Will, the Trustee shall have all of
the rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted to
