LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELIZABETH W. LENNARD - Page Four
trustees under Chapters 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes, as
those statutes are presently constituted and as they may be
amended from time to time.
CLAUSE VI: I name and appoint my husband, CARL ~.
LENNARD, as personal representative of this Will, to serve
without bond. If my husband shall die, resign, or be unable
for any reason to act or to continue acting as such, then I
name and appoint SUN BANK OF ST, LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce,
Florida; or its corporate successor, as such personal repre-
sentative.
I further name and appoint my husband, CARL E.
LENNARD, and SUN_BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce,
Florida, or its corporate successor, as Trustees of the trust
created under this Will, to serve without bond.
My personal representative shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted under
Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes, as those
statutes are presently constituted and as they may be amended
from time to time.
CLAUSE VII: In the event that my husband, CARL E.
LENNARD, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot be
determined which of us predeceased the other, I direct that
it shall be conclusively presumed that I survived my said ;~

husband, and the provisions of this Will, and any Codici2
hereto, shall be construed and regulated as if I had, in
fact, survived my said husband. ~
