otherwise qualified under the laws of Florida to act as guardian of the Persons and
property of the iucompetent, aud is entitied to preference because
she is the natural mother of both of the children.
9. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the~ information required by Florida law
and by the applicable Florida Rules of P~cobate and Guardianship Procedure that is not set forth iu fuU
above cannot be ascertained without delay that woutd adversely affect the incompetent ur the
