I, FINN RONNING, residing at No. 1 Kasaba Lane, Spanish
Lakes, Port St. Lucie, Florida, being of sound mind and memory,
hereby make, publish ar.d declare this instrument as and for my
last will and testament.

FIRST: I hereby revoke any and all other wills, codicils
or instruments of testamentary disposition made by me at an_y time
heretofore.
SECOND: I direct my executrices hereinafter named to pay
all of my legal debts,, funeral expenses and legal charges as soon
after my death as may be practicable.
THIRD: I give and bequeath my 1975 Cadillac E1 Dorado
automobile to my wife, ELIZABETH SHANNON RONNING.

HEGHINIAN, the sum of twen*y-four thousand ($24,000) dollars.
FIFTH: I give and bequeath to my daughter, BRENDA G.
MAGGI, the sum of twenty-four thousand ($24,000) dollars.
SIXTH: I make no corresponding general bequest in like
amount to my son, GLENN N. ROtJNING, because of the advances I have
made to him during my life.
SEVENTH: If I shall have become the sole owner of my home
at No. 1 Kasaba Lane, Spanish Lakes, Port St. Lucie, Florida, by
reason of my wife's prior death, I direct that such property shall
be sold and I gi~~e and bequeath one-half (1/2) of the net proceeds
of such sale in equal shares to my three children, namely, GLENN N.
RONNING, LINDA K. HEGHINIAN and BRENDA G. MAGGI, or to their issue,
per stirpes, and the other one-half (1/~) to my wife's daughter,
