EIGHTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, wheresoever the same may be situ-
ated,~I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to my three child-
ren, namely, GLENN N. RONNING, LINDA K. HEGHINIAN and BRENDA G.
MAGGI, or to their issue, per stirpes.
NINTH: I direct rly executrices to pay all of the estate
or inheritance taxes due to the United States of America, the State
of Florida or to any other competent authority, that may be charged
against my estate, whether passing under this will or outside this
will, out of my residuary estate, so that such taxes will be treated
as administration expense and will not be allocated to any pre- .
residuary legacy or to property passing outside this will.
TENTH: I hereby appoint my two daughters, LINDA K.
HEGHINIAN and BRENDA G. MAGGI, as co-executrices of this will and
I direct that no bond or other security shall be required of them
for the ~aithful perfor:.~ance of their duties.
IN WITNESS ~~1H£REOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed

The foregoing instrument, consisting of this and one preced-
ing typewritten page was signed, sealed, published and declared by
FINN RONNING, the testator, to be his last will and testament, in
our presence, and we, at his request and in his presence and in the
presence af each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witness-
