PETITION FOR LEAVB TO SELL PROPERTY OF WARD
Petitioner, CIAUDE C. TILI.MAN, JR., as'guardian of the property of
ANNIB C. TILLMAN, incompetent, respectful~y alleges:
1. That the above-named ward ia the owner of certain real property
which petitioner desires to aell, and deacribed as follawa:
The S. 58.25 ft. of Tract 4 and all of 1Yact 7,
Re-subdivision of SURORA HEIGHTS, per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 14, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner conaiders that it is expediQnt and necessary to sell
the property described above for the following reasons:
a. It is to the beat interest of the estate to dispoae of the
property for that the property is deteriorating and difficult to care for.
b. That the money is needed to take care of the ward for whom 24
hour care is necessary.
c. That the property doea not produce sufficient return to offset
the expenses.
3. That a good and aufficient offer has been made by a private pur-
chaaer for a aum in excesa of the appraised value.
4. Petitioner desires to sell the property to ROBERT P. RIZZA et al

for $86,500.00, and on the following terms: A purchase money second mortgage in
the amount of $25,000.00 (paragraph II (c) of Contract for Sale and Purchase),
interest rate at 107,, term 10 yeare to be paid monthly in 120 equal paymente,
principal and interest and balance of $61,500.00 in caeh at closing to the guard-
ianship. Copy of the Contract for Sale and Purchase is submitted herewith, and
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requesta that an Order be entered suthorizing
to sell the above-described property on the conditions and terme eet forth in
this Petition and authority to pay all coata of thia Petition and Order and
costs and expenaea incident to the sale including co~isaion.
