The undersigned, as personal representative of the above estate alleges:
1. The decedent~ Esther Motes TaVlor , a resident of
~ ~~ County Florida , died on
June 1~ , 19~Q_, and Lettecs of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on July 17 19 79 .
2. Petitioner files herewith aither a final accounting containing a complete report of
all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since
the date of the last accounting files herein, if any, or waivers sigaed by all interested persons, other
than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final accounting.
_ 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate~ by making payment, settlement, or other
disposition of all claims ar:d debts that were presented, and by paying or makinq provision for the
payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal repr~sentatives,
attorneys, accountants. appraisers or other agents, empioyed by the personal representative is set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and
with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any_
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of this estate as set
forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
