l. The petitioner desires the Voluntary Guardianship to be

OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, RAE GILL, Ward under a Voluntary Guardianship
terminated.
2. The petitioner herewith files a Waiver of the requirement
of a final return and annual accounting of my property over which
guardian has control since the initiation of this Voluntary
Guardianship.
3. Petitioner represents that there are no other parties to
this action that require notice of waiver.
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an Order be entered discharging
Elizabeth 1;. Bell as guardian.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the
foregoing, and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
