and (e) the repayment of any future advances, with interest thereon, made to Borrower by Lender pur-

qotiable interest rate provisions. The INTEREST RATE and
MONTHLY PAYM.ENTS called for by said Note are thus subject to
adjustment.
This is a THIRD MORTGAGE subject to a first mortgage to Citizens
Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in the amount of $55,~00.00, dated September 23, 1975 and recorded
in O.R. Book 244, Page 137 thru 138, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida~ AND a second mortgage to Citizens Federal
Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie Countf, Florida in the

County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all ease-
ments, rights, appurtenar-ces, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water riqhts~ and
water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, all of which, including replacements
and additions thereto, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Mortgage;
and all the foregoing, together -with said property (or the leasehold estate if this Mortgage is on a lease-
hold) are herein referred to as the "Property".
Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right
