herein contained; (d} the performance of the covenants and aqreements incorporated by reference hereinto;
and (e) the repayment of any future advances, with interest thereon, made to Bonower by Lender pur-
suant to paragraph 21 hereof or incorporated by reference hereinta (herein "Future Advances"), Bonower

of ST. LUC I E State of Florida:

piat thereof on file as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 32, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The PROMISSORY NOTE secured by this MORTGAGE contains renegotiable
interest rate provisions. The INTEREST RATE and MONTHLY PAYMENTS
called for bv said Note are thus subject to adjustment.

TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all ease-
ments, rights, appurten~nces, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights~ and
water stock~ and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, all of which, incluc~ing replacements
and additions thereto, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Mortgage;

Borrower covenants that Bocrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the riqht
to mortgage, qrant and convey the Property, that the Property is unencumbered, and that Borrower will
