LIMITED, 1NC. assumed the indebtedness secured by said i~lortgage, arid increased
the indebtedness to the principal sum of Thirteen Million Dollars (~13,000,000.00),
together with an Assignment of Leases, Ren~s and Profits recorded in Official
Record Book 299, at Page 1002, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in
Official Record Book 299, at Pa~-e 1008, all of snid dncuments filed in the Public
Reeords of St. Lucie County, Florid~, nnd in addition, a UCC-L Financing
Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of Florida, on r•ecember 7,
