This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees
*o assume the folloWing:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other
:natters of record; however, this reference shall not operate to reimpose any of

3. Tt,e Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attaehed thereto.
~1. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Ormer's Association, Inc., a Florida
non-profit corporation~ the provisions of Which documents run With the land.
The Grantez hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's
Association.
The benefits and obligations nereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to ail the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, laWfully claiming by,
through or under Grantor; and Will defend same against the lawful elaims of
such persons elaiming by, through, or under said Grantor.
