2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any
claim or estate of Defendants ALTON L. GILBERT; GLADYS R. GILBERT
, on the following
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The East 119 feet of the West 189 feet of the North
180 feet of the South 205 feet of the E 1/2 of the
W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 34, -
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. ~ucie County,
Florida.
3. If the total sum caith interest at the rate of 10.0 ~
per annum and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this
judgment are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk of
this Court shal l sell the property at p:~b~ic sale on ?/' ~{ L-t f~ ~ G, .
19 81 ,~w'" =_' 11 :O~J A.M. and 2:00 P.M. , to the highest bidder for
cash, except as set foYth hereinafter, at the ~~1_~~ door of

4. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action

the purchaser of the property at the sale. If Plaintiff is tY~e
purchaser, tr.e Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid with the total sur,-
with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this judgment or such
part of it as is necessar;~ to pay thP bid in full.
5. On filin4 the Certificate of Title the Clerk shall distribute
the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient, by paying:
