SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT
BANK OF THE SOUTH, N.A., f~rn~erly THE FULTON NATIONAL
BANK OF ATLANTA, a national banking association, the owner and
holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by B, W, CROSSWELL,
a resident of the State of Georgia, to The Fulton National Bank
of Atlanta, bearing date of the 28th day of September, 1979,
recorded in Official Record Book 318, Page 792, in the Office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of
Florida, securing that certain promissory note in the principal
sum of Five Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand and-No/100 Dollars
($567,000.00), and certain promises and obligations set forth
in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State
and County described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this
reference specifically made a part hereof, hereby acknowledges
full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed~
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the
Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of records.
