The South 21 acres of the South 1324.07 feet of Government
Lot ~8, Section 10, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida, subj ect to the right-of-way for
Pruitt Road, of which lands between the West right-of-way
of Pruitt Road and the North fork of the St. Lucie River
equal 20.51 acres and road rightrof-way equals 0.49 acres,
comprising a total of 21.0 acres. According to a land
survey thereof dated December 12, 1973 by R. L. Williams,
Engineer, a copy of which is attached hereto and included
herein by reference.
