THIS INDENTURE made this 16th day of February,
1981, by and between B. W. CROSSWFLL, a resident of Cobb
County, Georgia, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and
INTER-ISLAND DEVELOPMENTS. INC., a Florida corporation,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"; Address:

FOR AND I-V CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) in hand paid by Grantee to Grantor at and before
the execution, sealing and delivery hereof, and other ~ood
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowled~ed, Grantor has and hereby does
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Grantee, and the
successors~ legal representatives and assi~ns of rrantee,
all that tract or parcel of land~described in Exhibit "A"

attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference~ which
land is not the homestead of Grantor.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said tract or parcel of land,
together with any and all of the ri~hts, members and apour-
tenances thereof to the same being, belonging or in anywise
appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
Grantee forever, in fee simple; and

GRANTOR DOES HEREBY WARRANT and shall forever
defend the right and title of said tract or narcel of land
unto Grantee, and the successors, legal representatives and
assigns of Grantee, against the claims of all persons whom-
soever.
