Wc1E 00, FU~~ ~' , qq,~,So FLORIDA MORTGAGE THIS INDENTURE is made this 16th day of February, 1981, by and between INTER-ISLAND DEVELOPMENTS, INC., a Florida cor- poration with an office at 55 Woodlake Road North, Albany, New Yark 12203, party of the first part, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor"; and B. W. CROSSWELL, a resident of Cobb County, Georgia, whose address is 1149 Woodlawn Drive, Marietta, Georgia 3QQ67, party of the second part, hereinaft2r referred to a; "Mortgagee". W I T N E S S E T H: FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the purchase and sale this day of the land hereinafter described, and the purchase money obligation of Mortgagor to Mortgagee hereinafter described, and in order to secure that obligation, Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, convey and confirm unto Mortgagee in fee simple, all that certain land situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, more particularly described as follows: ~ BEGINNING at a concrete monument marking the point of intersection of the west right-of-way line of Pruitt Road and the south line of Government Lot Number 8, Section 10, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; and running thence in an easterly direction along the said section line, a distance of 30 feet to a point located in the center line of Pruitt Road, said point also being the southeast corner of Section 10; running thence north 0 degrees 00 minutes 09 seconds east along the center line of Pruitt Road, a distance of 708.00 feet to a poi~t; running thence north 89 degrees 56 minutes 08 seconds west a distance of 1,063 feet, more or less, to a point located on the southeast river~ bank of the north fork of St. Lucie River; . running thence in a southwesterly direction along said river bank, and following the meanderings thereof, a distance of 840 feet, more or less, but soecifically to the point where said river bank is intersected by the south line of Government Lot Number 8, Section 10, Township 37 South, Range 40 East; running thence south 89 degrees 56 minutes 08 seconds east along said lot and section line, a distance of 1,489.20 feet, more or less, to the concrete monument at the point of beginninq; the above-described tract of land being the south 708 feet of the south 1,324.07 feet of Government Lot Number 8, Section 10, Township 37 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, less and except that portion of said land embraced within the right-of-way for Pruitt Road; the above-described tract being all of the lands lying between the west right-of-way line of Pruitt Road and the north fork of St. Lucie River, according to a land survey thereof, dated February 11, 1482, prepared by Dor D. Daniels, F~orida Registered Land Gurveyor No. 2608. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL of the following: (i) all buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter located thereon or on any part or parcel thereof and all fixtures affixed or attached, actually or constructively, thereto; (ii) all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, easements and appur- tenances belonging thereunto or in any wise appertaining thereto and the reversion and reversions, remainder or remainders thereof; (iii) all rents, issues, income, revenues and profits accruing '~ _.
