HomeMy WebLinkAbout0823(8) Provided Mortgagee has approved a site and develop- ment plan in accordance with paragraph (2), above, Mortgagor shall have the right and privilege to grant easements as necessary and desirable for the construction, installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of utility facilities (including, without limitation, facilites for water, electricity, gas, sanitary sewer and storm drainage) to serve all or any portion of the Land; and to execute, deliver and file for record such plats, easements or deeds as may be necessary or desirable to accomplish the foregoing, or required by any governmental authority having juris- diction of the subdivision and development of the Land.
