may designate in writing to the undersigned.
The word "Borrower" as used herein shall include
all makers of this Note, and each of them, who shall be
jointly and severally liable hereunder, should more than one
makc~r execute this Note; and shall incl~de all endorsers,
guarantors, sureties, and other persons or entities liaCle
whether primarily or secondarily, on this Note, and each of
them, except to the extent, if any, that the express terms
of the endorsement, guaranty, or suretyship agreement limit
or vary an obligation of the Borrower. executing it~; and
shall include the masculine an~ feminine gender, regardless
of the sex of Borrower or any of them; and ~hall include
partnerships, corporations and other legal ~ntities, should
such an entity be or become primarily or secondarily liable
on this Note.
The word "Payee" as used herein shall inclucie tra~s-
_ferees and assignees of Payee, and all rights oC Payee
hPreunder shall inure to the benefit of its successors and
assigns. All obligations oE Borrower and each of them shall
hind Borrower's heirs, legal representatives, successors anci
assians.
This Note shall be governed by and construed
and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of
Florida. Wherever possible, each provision ef this Note
shall be interpreted in such manner as to be effective and
valid under applicable law, but if ar.y provision of this
Note shall be prohibited b.y or invalid under applicable
law, such provision shall be ineffecti~e onl~ to the extent
of su~h prohibition or invalidity, without invalidating the
remainder of such provision or the remaining provisions of
this Note. -
