FINAL JUDGMENT OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Heariny and the Court having
considered the pleadings, testimoriy and evidence, and finding that it
has jurisdiction of the subject matter a~d of the parties and finding
that the marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably brcken
and that a reconciliation cannot be made between the ~arties,.and the
Court being othersaise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follOws:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That tne marriage between
GEORGE W. DUKE
FRANCES M. DUKE,
and
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony neretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTRI~INING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering w~th, harrassing or annoying
