FINAL JUDGMENT OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
considered the pleadings, testimony and evidence, and finding that it
has jurisdiction o£ the' subject matter and of thz parties and~ findi;~g
that the marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken
and that a reconciliation cannot be made between the ~arties, and the
Court being otl:erwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOL,UTION OF MARRIAGE: That tne marriage between
ROLAND GUY HART.MAN and CARMA LEE HARTMAN
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
parties }and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimor.y heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING OR~ER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained fYom interfering with, harrassing or annoying
tne other, and the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their author-
ized deputies ar` ordered to enforce.this Restraininc; Orcier without
further ~rder of this Court.
3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are i*!inor children
of this marriage and the parties do not own rea? property iointly and
do not own personal property jointly.
