4. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT: Permanent and primary.
custody of the minor child of the parties is awarded to the
Wife ' CARMA LEE HART1yAN , with reasonable right
of visitation reserved to the n~ncustodial parent. The name of
said minor child being as follows: DANIELLE M. HARTMAN, date
of birth, January 22, Z978.
S. ~ETENTION OF JURISDICTION: This Court expressly re-
tains jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties to determine
and award child support and to enter such orders, judgments and
process as this Court deems proper.
