THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Fiearing and the Ccurt havinq qiven
full consideration to the pleadings and to the evidence and testimony and
the written Agreement executed b}~ and between the parties hereto, said
Agreement having been introduced into evidence, and the Court finding
that it has jurisdiction of the subjcct matter and of the parties and
that the marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken and
that a reconciliation cannot be made between the Uarties, and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORnERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTIOti OF ?~SARRIAGE: That the marriage between
DON E. WILSON
and GLORIA LYNN WILSON,
be, and the same is hereby ordtred dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties,
and cach of them, arc hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

each and everj term, provision and condition thereof and jurisdiction
of the parties and of this cause is expressly retained for enterinq
