DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of February, 1981,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GERALD
BEGLEY and FAITH MARY CATHERINE BEGLEY, be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. There are no minor children born of this marriaqe and
therefore custody and support are not issues.
3. PROPERTY. There are no property rights at issue between
the parties. •
4. RESTORATION OF NAME. FAITH MARY CATHERINE BEGLEY be and
she is hereby auth~rized to assume her former name of FAITH MARY
CATHERINE MacDONALD and to use the same as if 5aid marriage had not
intervened.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying, the other.
6. ATTORNLY'S FEES. Based upon the testimony of the Wif~
that the Husband is presently employed and earns between $250.00
and $300.Q0 per week, the Court does hereby award the snm of
$250.00 as attorney's fees plus costs of this action in the amount
of $42.00 to be paid by the Husband to DOUGLAS E. GONANO, ESQUIRE,
attorney for the Wife.
