FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 23rd day of February,
1981, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between CHRISTOPHER J. SHAY, III,
Husband, and ELIZABETH A. McNAMARA SHAY, Gr'ife, be and the saire is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of r.iatrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME: The 'Aife ELIZABETH A. McNA.MARA
SHAY, be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of
ELIZABETH A. Mcr]AMARA and to use the same in all respects as if said
marriage had~not intervened.
