- 1. The bonds of marriage between petitioner~ A~ark L. D•a Bois
and respondent. Lindreth G. Du Bois are dissolved because the marriage
is irretrievably broken.
2. The respondent will retain her marital name. Lindreth G.
Du Boi s .
3. The residence located at 1325 N.E. 13th Street. Gainesville.
Florida. is to be put on the market, for sale. on or before August 1~
1981 and is to remain for sale until sold at a price agreeable to the
parties and the net proceeds for the sale of the residence shall be
dis~ributed equally among the parties.
4. The respor.dent~ Lindreth G. Du Bois, shall inhabit the
marital residence at 1325 N.E. 13th Street, Gainesville. Florida.
until said residence is sold.
5. The petitioner, Mark L. Du Bois. will request no other
relief from the respondent.
6. Each party to bear his or her own expenses of this action.
