GLADNEY are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken. ! 3. The real and personal property of the marriage shall be~divided between the parties as aet forth in the Property Settlement Agreement marked aa Petitoner's Exhibit ~~1. 5. Restraining Order- Each of the partiea ia hereby en- i joined and reatrained from interfering with, harassing or annoy- ing the other. ~ 6.
