DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and f.inding that it has juris-
diction of the subject matter, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Tt`at the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, GRACE ti~
~ GLADNEY and Reapondent, ROBERT E. GLADNEY are dissolved because
the marriage is irretrievably broken.
! 3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the

~ partiea, introduced into ~vidence and marked as Pe~itioner~s
Exhibit ~~1, was executed vol.untarily after full disclosure and is
for the beat interest of the parties and ia hereby approved and
incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the
! parties are hereby ordered to comply with same.
4. The real and personal property of the marriage shall
be~divided between the parties as aet forth in the Property
Settlement Agreement marked aa Petitoner's Exhibit ~~1.
5. Restraining Order- Each of the partiea ia hereby en-
i joined and reatrained from interfering with, harassing or annoy-
ing the other.
~ 6. Juriadiction- Jurisdiction of this cauae, and the
parties hereto is r~tained for the eritry of such further Orders

i as may be proper.
