FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having come on for final hearing on this 23rd

day of February, 1981. upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and the marriage is irretrievably broken and r
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
OP.DERED AND ADJUDGED as follotas :
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between TERESA C. STOUT, 'v~ife,
and OTTO L. STOUT, Husband. be, and the same is hereby~ dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and frcm the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor child, to-wit: TANYA LYNN
STOUT, born May ~5.;1979, is hereby awarded t~ the Wife with reasonable
visitation rights ~ranted to the Husband upon reasonable notice and
provided that wife shall be present at all times.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined ~~
