FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
TNIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 23rd day of February,
1981, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDFRED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between DOUGLAS JONN.ZELINSKI,
Husb~nd, and PAMELA STF~4ART ZELINSKI, t•7ife, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed fror~ the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and fror.i the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OP MAIDEN NAME: The fr7ifp, PAMELA STEWART ZELINSKI,
be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of PAl4ELA
STEWART and to use the same in all respects as if sai~ marriage had
not intervened.
3. PROPERTY: The separation and property settlement agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties

proper.
