This cause came on for trial this 23rd day of February, 1981,
and the Court having given full consideration to a22 the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; th~t the relation of husband and ~•ife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOI.UTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from ttie bonds of
matrimony heretofore existi,ng between them and from the obligations
arising there~rom.
2. JURISDICTION: That the Court specifically retains
jurisdiction to hear all matters concerning custod}~, child support,
alimony, attorney fees and property rights, which shall be determined
at a later date.
DONE AND ORDERED this 23rd day of Febr~ary, 1981, at
Fort Pierce, Florida.
