This cause came on for trial the 23rd day uf February , 1581,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evide~ice,
ii~t~i~ anu determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now ex~sts between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed fro~.~ the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of MAUREEN SHERIDAn, born February 23, 1979,
Age 2 years, and PATRICIA SHERIDAN, born December 26, 1977, Age 3 years,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent,

CATHERINE M. SHERIDAN, with reasonable visitation rights to Petitioner.
,3. SUPPORT:

the sum of $ 125.00
per child, per m~nth , for the support
of the minor chilri(ren) named above.
4. PROPERTY: The Stipulated ~greement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
