This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of February , 19 81
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the pa~ties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should ~e dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOI.UTION OF MARRIAGE: Tt~e ~r~arriage between the a::o~e
named persons be and the same is herehy dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the o~ligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ROBERT A. CRESPO, (7 years)
REBECCA N, CRESPO (5 years)
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to pETITT_ONER,
RAMONA CRESPO .
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
4. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or r~~a!
oroperty to be divided.
