This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of February, t981,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now .

exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fallows:
1., DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of-ERTHA ALBURY, born November 27, 1964,
Age 16 years, is hereby awarded to the Respondent,ERNESTINE ALBURY, and
custody of VALICIA ALBURY, born .Tune 9, 1973, Age 7 years, is hereby
awarded to Petitioner, H~ROLD ALBURY , with each to have reasonable
rights of visitation.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of s~ich rurther orders as may be
proper.
DONE AND ORDERED this 23rd day of February, 1981, at
