finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the partfes and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that t~e marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

ORDSRED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTZON OF MARRIAGE: The marriaqe between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
ariaing therpfrom.
2. RESTORATZON OF NAME: LAMAI~IDA KAY Fi,ffi~,R be
and she is hereby authorized tc assume her former name of
LA~A KAY NU~HINSON and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriaqe had not intervened.
