This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of ~~~Y , 19 81
and the Court.having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOI.UTION OF MARRIAGE : T}ie R~arr iage between the a'.:o~ e
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the narties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY; Custody of EVE MARIE WEP7ZEL, Age 11 years, and
ANTHONY D. WENZEL, age 5 years
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
HOLLY WENZEL
3. JURISDICTION; Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
4. The above named parties both aoree that there is no personal c-~r r~~a!
property to be divided.
